If you are unhappy with your purchase you can receive a full refund if returned within 14 days of receipt of the product, the watch does not show any usage signs and it is returned in it's original package with all accessories*. Returns can be arranged via our online return process. Once your goods are back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to reach your account.

Under our warranty you are entitled to a free of charge repair, replacement or discount for defective product for up to 24 months from the date of purchase. This may be longer per your local consumer laws.

They can help you determine if it’s truly defective. In many cases the product is not faulty and a simple setting on the Vector App or your mobile phone can fix the problem. If you have already called then follow our Return Authorisation process for step by step instructions.
*Please note that you can still return a watch that has been used, however, per our Terms and Conditions of Supply we are permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
